Project 1

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail
Banglore,
India

I worked as a UX Designer for Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail on the Fabric Grading System (FGS) project, which digitized the fabric booking process for Madhura brands like Louis Philippe, Peter England, Van Huesen, and Allen Solly. My role involved conducting user research, designing improved user flows and prototypes, and addressing issues like a complicated interface, slow load times, and the lack of real-time feedback.

By redesigning the platform’s information architecture and collaborating with stakeholders, we created a faster, user-friendly system that increased adoption by 40%, reduced decision-making time by 30%, and cut costs by eliminating physical trade shows. This project reinforced the value of user-centered design and iterative feedback in solving real-world challenges.
