About the Client


NLB Services – a global workforce solutions provider, empowering enterprises with 8,000+ professionals across 15 locations.



The Challenge

High-stakes, time-sensitive brief:
  • 3 days for design + 1 day for development.
  • Goal: build a dynamic website with motion graphics to highlight workplace diversity & inclusion.

My Role

  • UX/UI Designer → Layout, user flow, prototypes.
  • Motion Graphics Designer → Created animations in Illustrator + After Effects, exported in Lottie/JSON for web.
  • Developer Collaborator → Ensured seamless integration under time pressure.
  • Approach

    • Research & Conceptualisation:
      • Met with stakeholders to align on client vision
      • Defined target audience: HR professionals, enterprise clients, global workforce

    • Motion Graphics:
      • Initial motion drafts in Figma → vectors in Illustrator → animated in After Effects
      • Converted to Lottie/JSON for integration without impacting load speed











    Development & Launch

    • Collaborated closely with developers for smooth motion integration
    • Conducted quick usability testing across devices
    • Optimized performance for animation-heavy layout
